• Does the 1-year warranty cover all parts? Or do different parts have different warranty periods?
No, the one-year warranty does not cover consumables. It does not include synchronous belts, nozzles, ink pads, ink cartridges, ink sacs, ink supply kits, or the mainframe.
• Will customers receive any free phone cases with their first purchase?
There are ten test phone cases.
• What type of ink is used for printing on the phone covers? Is it durable and long-lasting?
Uv ink is extremely durable and will not show any significant fading even after one year.
• What materials are used for the phone cases? How are they different from other soft cases?
The material is PC + TPU. It is dirt-resistant, odorless, non-toxic, does not leave fingerprints, is not prone to deformation, has good wrapping performance, and the hole positions are precise.
• After filling the ink compartment once, how many phone cases can I print?
Around 150
• Can I add a coin system or cash acceptor instead of just a card swipe system?
Currently, the payment devices include card readers and cash dispensers. Coin-operators are not available at present, but this does not mean they cannot be implemented. It depends on the mainstream payment habits of the local country.
• What types of payment systems does the machine support? Please give full details.

• Can I get cases for all phone models like Xiaomi, OnePlus, Huawei, etc.? Or only for popular brands?
The OnePlus brand currently has no stock available. If customers want the phone models that we haven't mentioned yet, they need to confirm with the company in advance whether it can be produced. If it can be produced, the minimum order quantity is 200 sets.
• Can I add my company name or logo to the machine? Can I add extra LED lights? What is the cost for customization?
The customization part includes exterior stickers and signboards. If you want to display the logo, it can be printed or incorporated into the signboards. The customization fee is 100 US dollars. Free for purchases of more than 2 machines.
• How many phone cases can fit in one storage compartment?
No more than 7.
• If the machine has any issue during the warranty period, how will it be fixed?
The company offers 24-hour global after-sales service. When encountering problems, they will first identify the issue and solve it remotely. If on-site manual assistance is required, personnel will be dispatched to the site.
• How many phone cases can I safely print in one day without damaging the machine?
No matter how many times it is printed, the machine will not be damaged.
• When the ink runs out, where can I buy more? How long will delivery take?
Purchase from the company. It can be delivered by express. The delivery time is uncertain.
• Do I need to buy a full ink bottle every time, or can I buy a smaller amount?
For the entire purchase, get one set consisting of four bottles in four colors. The minimum purchase quantity is one set.
• Can I purchase extra ink when I buy the machine? If yes, how should I store it?
Additional ink can be purchased. Store at room temperature. Unopened, the product is valid for 1 year; once opened, it is valid for 6 months.
• What is the price of the ink or ink bottles?
A set of four bottles costs 70 US dollars.
• In the picture I provided, will I receive those green and yellow phone case shells with the machine? If yes, how many pieces?
The machine is the machine. The phone case needs to be purchased separately. It is recommended to purchase between 1855 and 2275 phone cases. This is the range of the number of phone cases that can be accommodated in one chassis. Carrying more phone cases without increasing the volume is the most cost-effective way for transportation.
• When I buy extra phone cases later, will the shell (like in the picture) come with the case? Or will I only receive the phone cover?
