5.Warranty & Maintenance Terms：
Warranty time: 1 Year of machines
The warranty for each component, assuming no human error, adheres to the following terms.
One-year warranty: Computer motherboard, printer, LCD, power supply unit
1 warranty: Motor, XY axis, circuit board
Print head:3 months (The printhead must be powered on daily. Clogged printheads caused by power outages are not covered by the warranty.)

In the event of non-human damage or quality defects within 3 months of delivery, if the main hardware have problem, the seller will provide the new parts and the courier fee will be beared by the seller. After 3 months, the seller will provide the new part, the courier fee will be beared by the buyer. 
**”During the one-year warranty period, the seller provides complimentary repair services. After the warranty expires, the buyer shall bear the costs of any accessory repairs.”** 

**Equipment Usage Guidelines:**
This electronic device must be powered on for the first time within 1 month of manufacture. Failure to activate the equipment during this period may result in operational malfunctions due to environmental factors (e.g., humidity). Prolonged inactivity leading to hardware issues will void from the seller.
The one-year warranty period commences on the date of product packing from our manufacturing facility.For details, kindly refer to the label affixed to the rear of the equipment.
